Let-her Dress is more than just a dress donation project — it’s a movement built on dignity, connection, and second chances.
We are a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to providing gently used formalwear to students who are not otherwise able to afford it. From prom and homecoming to graduation and galas, we believe every student deserves to feel confident, celebrated, and seen on their special night.
But what makes Let-her Dress truly special is the story each dress carries. Every donated gown is paired with a handwritten note from its previous owner — sharing memories, encouragement, and inspiration. Once the recipient has worn their piece, they are invited to send a letter back, creating a full-circle connection between the giver and receiver.
Through fashion, storytelling, and shared experience, we are building a community rooted in empathy, sustainability, and empowerment. Because everyone deserves the chance to live the night of their dreams.
